The Horacio OX Red Rock quickly sets the tone by its build and its grip. The ruddy red ring brings out an oily and silky cape. The latter envelops with perfection a dense tripe with fungal and earthy aromas. The lighting is done gently, the imposing size of the colossus quickly offers beautiful curls of smoke. The first touches are frank, the dense and clear ash confirm the perfect construction of this colossus. The aromas develop, the touches of leather and spices intertwine brilliantly. The tasting does not lose intensity, the length in the mouth and the bitterness give a very good impression. The finish confirms a very nice balance and a large amplitude of aromas. A very beautiful metaphor for this region with fiery colors.
